Pre-Construction
At Peripherie Constructs, the success of a project is predicated upon exceptional planning. We understand building a custom home is a huge investment and financial undertaking. Our pre-construction services is offered during the design process to provide a financial framework for the project. Working in tandem with our network of subcontractors, we use ‘realtime’ cost estimates to make informed design decisions, creating a symbiotic relationship between design and built reality.
